• Host and execute live virtual sessions, managing webinar platforms and scripts.
• Collaborate with program managers to analyze event data and identify benchmarks.
• Manage presenter materials, including PowerPoint slides and access details.
• Handle communication with sales teams and prospective clients regarding event inquiries.
• Optimize promotional channels including email and social media.
• Track and report key metrics for individual virtual sessions.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing or operations.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive.
• Strong organizational skills and a project manager mindset.
• Ability to work US EST morning hours.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business (preferred).
