What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end execution of display, video, and native advertising campaigns.
• Act as a project manager for bespoke sponsorships and high-impact brand partnerships.
• Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
• Influence product and process improvements by providing feedback on advertising workflows.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, planners, and ad tech providers.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Lincoln, NE or Omaha, NE
• Experience in a media agency or digital advertising role.
• Baseline understanding of web debuggers, HTML/JavaScript pixels, and ad-serving technology.
• Solid grasp of online branded content solutions and media options.
• Strong communication skills for managing agency and client relationships.
• Eagerness to learn and apply new AI tools to advertising operations.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Google Ad Manager.
• Experience working on large deals with national brands and agencies.
