What you will do

• Partner with the sales team to diagnose customer challenges and develop account strategies.
• Execute value-based activities throughout the sales cycle to drive consumption and ensure customers realize the full ROI.
• Deliver high-impact Value Assessments pre and post sales.
• Create and present compelling business cases and value realization reports tailored for CXO audiences.
• Contribute to the development of new value assets and collateral, focusing on building and refining AI-native tools.
• Educate sales teams on value engineering best practices and the effective use of AI tools.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in value consulting, management consulting, or financial/investment analysis.
• Proven ability to build and deploy AI-native tools to scale value conversation.
• Deep expertise in ROI and TCO concepts, with the ability to demonstrate practical use of NPV, IRR, and Payback metrics.
• Understanding of enterprise cloud economics and data management concepts.
• Outstanding presentation skills and executive presence.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
