Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, CA, USA
Compensation: $150,000 – $170,000 gross basic per annum

What you will do
- Define and execute a B2B marketing strategy to elevate ’s competitive positioning among advertisers and agency partners.
- Lead GTM initiatives for new products, audience packages, and category programs to drive measurable revenue impact.
- Create data-driven narratives and compelling commercial assets that improve pitch conversion rates and partner engagement.
- Collaborate across Sales, Media Solutions, YouTube, and FAST teams to ensure unified messaging and operational efficiency.
- Produce thought leadership content, including white papers and POVs, to strengthen the company’s authority in family digital media.
- Establish clear KPIs to measure marketing performance and report commercial impact to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in B2B marketing within digital media, advertising, entertainment, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including brands, agencies, and digital platforms.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes within a matrixed organization.
- Exceptional strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
- Advanced executive-level storytelling and communication skills.
