What you will do

• Own and lead global go-to-market strategy and execution for the new title, from pre-launch testing through global scale.
• Define and execute user acquisition strategies, methodologies, and processes to achieve aggressive growth and efficiency targets.
• Build and scale high-performing acquisition programs across key channels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, ad networks, and emerging platforms).
• Establish and optimise full-funnel measurement frameworks, including KPI definition, attribution strategy, incrementality testing, and LTV modeling.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of performance marketers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of performance marketing / user acquisition experience, ideally within mobile gaming or consumer apps.
• 4+ years of people management experience, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Proven success managing and scaling multi-million dollar acquisition budgets across multiple channels.
• Strong experience with major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic networks, etc.).
• Deep analytical mindset with experience in attribution, incrementality testing, LTV modeling, and performance forecasting.
