Salary: $164,000 - $210,000 USD

What you will do
- Own and lead global go-to-market strategy and execution for the new title, from pre-launch testing through global scale.
- Define and execute user acquisition strategies, methodologies, and processes to achieve aggressive growth and efficiency targets.
- Build and scale high-performing acquisition programs across key channels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, ad networks, and emerging platforms).
- Establish and optimise full-funnel measurement frameworks, including KPI definition, attribution strategy, incrementality testing, and LTV modeling.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of performance marketers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of performance marketing / user acquisition experience, ideally within mobile gaming or consumer apps.
- 4+ years of people management experience, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Proven success managing and scaling multi-million dollar acquisition budgets across multiple channels.
- Strong experience with major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic networks, etc.).
- Deep analytical mindset with experience in attribution, incrementality testing, LTV modeling, and performance forecasting.
