What you will do

• Lead the media planning output for specific clients to ensure the delivery of industry-leading work.
• Translate strategic approaches into actionable media behaviors and coach the wider team on these methodologies.
• Manage senior client relationships to understand business needs and drive growth.
• Develop and mentor the planning team, setting clear personal objectives and conducting regular reviews.
• Collaborate with media owners to identify and create innovative opportunities for clients.
• Integrate tools and specialisms such as measurement, learning agendas, and data into planning responses.

• Expert-level experience in campaign management and balancing multiple overlapping timelines.
• Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise key decision-makers.
• Proven expertise in compelling storytelling and creating differentiated communications for various audiences.
• High technical knowledge of media touchpoints and their interplay.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
