What you will do

• Lead the onsite execution of medium and large-scale live events.
• Coordinate onsite teams, including coordinators, temporary staff, and suppliers.
• Ensure processes and tools are applied correctly to maintain efficiency and on-time performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners during event execution, representing the company with professionalism.
• Collaborate with Strategic Event Managers to translate operational designs into successful real-world events.
• Identify and correct operational underperformance or issues immediately in real-time.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in live event operations, hospitality, or similar onsite-heavy roles.
• Proven track record of managing teams in fast-paced, real-time environments.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong execution-focused mindset with the ability to lead and take control under pressure.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to resolve issues before they escalate.
• Decisive and proactive leadership style for onsite staff management.
