What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all field marketing-led sports initiatives across regions.
• Drive alignment between national strategy and regional execution to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Manage the national sports events portfolio, including financial planning and resource allocation.
• Lead the development of new event concepts and guide pilot initiatives from planning through to validation.
• Create and maintain standardized toolkits, operational guidelines, and training programs for event teams.
• Support strategic third-party partnerships to maximize brand value and operational impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in event management, ideally within sports and marketing.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex event portfolios.
• Experience managing staff, external agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of sports marketing, production logistics, and fitness industry trends.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or possess valid work authorization for the United States.
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.
