Implementation Team Lead (Fintech): Leading and energizing the hirify.global Travel & Spend Implementation Team, responsible for bringing newly signed clients live on the hirify.global platform with an accent on reducing time to onboard and driving 7-star service. Focus on balancing speed with excellence, building strong processes, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, must be based within commuting distance of hirify.global's Barcelona hub. Relocation support is available.

What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of 6–10 Implementation Specialists, helping them develop their skills and impact.
• Take full accountability for customer implementations, ensuring accurate and efficient onboarding.
• Support the team by handling first-level escalations and ensuring quick issue resolution.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales, Account Management, and Revenue Operations teams.
• Build and refine processes to make implementations more efficient and scalable.
• Own and report on core performance metrics, using data to drive improvements.

Requirements

• Solid experience managing and developing people.
• Strong operational and project management background.
• Experience with customer communication, stakeholder management, and escalations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on accountability and motivation.
• High fluency in English and excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS implementations, especially the Travel Module.
• Experience in FinTech/ Finance.
• Experience in ERP implementations.
