TL;DR

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the website product backlog for internal and third-party teams.
• Manage daily website operations, including CMS updates and alignment with brand and UX standards.
• Develop and execute a structured experimentation roadmap using A/B testing.
• Define user stories and requirements for high-quality website improvements.
• Analyze experimental data to ensure results lead to actionable business growth.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and UX stakeholders to define strategic website goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in conversion rate optimization and experimentation.
• Hands-on experience managing and running A/B tests.
• Ability to write clear user stories and define technical requirements.
• Experience managing workflows with third-party agencies or engineering teams.
• Strong prioritization skills and comfort handling a high volume of requests.
• Must be based in the UK and able to commute to the London office.

• Familiarity with the Umbraco CMS.
