What you will do

• Manage the core product roadmap for API infrastructure and the CIAM platform.
• Drive CIAM strategy including secure authentication, authorization (RBAC), and SSO integrations.
• Establish governance for API design to ensure consistency, security, and high performance.
• Champion developer experience by delivering intuitive documentation, SDKs, and sandboxes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to navigate complex technical requirements and stakeholder needs.
• Prioritize long-term architectural stability against immediate platform demands.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom from day one.
• Extensive product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or API/identity infrastructure.
• Technical fluency in OAuth, OIDC, SSO, webhooks, and authentication protocols.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex stakeholder requirements into clear, prioritized roadmaps.
• Service-oriented mindset with experience collaborating across internal engineering and client-facing teams.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
