What you will do
- Own and optimize the acquisition funnel from first touchpoint to funded account.
- Design and conduct A/B tests to improve conversion efficiency and reduce CAC.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Compliance to align product strategy.
- Improve landing page performance and CMS capabilities for faster campaign execution.
- Analyze user behavior and funnel data using tools like Amplitude or GA4.
- Lead the redesign and scaling of the SME business account offering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech or D2C digital products.
- English proficiency: C1 level or higher.
- Strong expertise in conversion rate optimization and performance marketing ecosystems.
- Proficiency with experimentation and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Optimizely).
- Experience navigating regulated environments and onboarding/KYC workflows.
- Structured communication skills with experience working across cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SEO and MarTech stack integrations.
- Experience scaling SME or hybrid B2C/B2B2C products.
