About the Role
You will lead internal operations, manage external initiatives, and run special projects. You will assist in company-wide planning, coordinate legal and financial operations, plan and execute large-scale projects, work autonomously and take ownership of projects, and communicate clearly and effectively.
Requirements
- Proven track record in operations roles
- Experience leading, planning, managing, and executing large-scale projects
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Enthusiasm for fast-paced startup environments
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership
- Understanding of crypto and its ecosystem
- Exceptional communication skills
