What you will do

• Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO on planning cycles and special projects.
• Oversee and manage cross-functional initiatives to ensure accountability and operational excellence.
• Conduct deep analytical research to provide data-driven insights for executive decision-making.
• Manage the flow of communication to ensure executive alignment and prioritization.
• Represent the CEO in key discussions and projects to ensure leadership continuity.

Requirements

• MBA from a top-tier institution.
• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey) or investment banking.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in strategy or executive operations.
• Outstanding analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to commute to the San Francisco office 5 days per week.
