Chief of Staff to the CEO (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with the CEO on strategic priorities, planning cycles, and growth-focused special projects.
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives across the executive team and company leadership.
• Translate high-level strategy into actionable plans and operational frameworks.
• Conduct strategic and analytical work, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Manage information flow to and from the CEO and represent the CEO in selected meetings and projects.
• Support collaboration and operational excellence as the company scales.

Requirements

• MBA from a top institution required.
• Experience at Bain, BCG, McKinsey, Bridgewater, or in investment banking required.
• 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or executive operations.
• Strong strategic, analytical, organizational, and communication skills with experience managing multiple complex initiatives.
• High emotional intelligence, humility, autonomy, and hands-on execution ability.
• Passion for technology, storytelling, and the intersection of AI and entertainment.
