What you will do

• Lead and motivate the community support team to provide high-quality, responsive assistance to artists.
• Manage the detailed artist challenge calendar and coordinate cross-functional project plans.
• Handle escalated, sensitive artist cases with care and provide actionable feedback to internal teams.
• Analyze support metrics and artist data to identify root causes and improve overall community engagement.
• Design onboarding content and automated communications to encourage artist participation in design competitions.
• Act as the primary conduit for business updates and communications between the company and its artist community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in customer service, community management, or client-facing roles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and develop talent.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid format in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Asana, Wrike, or Monday.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
