What you will do

• Drive the design and execution of clinical and real-world evidence (RWE) studies focused on obesity and metabolic health.
• Manage full study lifecycles including protocol development, ethics submissions, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with data science teams to analyze complex health datasets and evaluate program outcomes.
• Establish robust systems, SOPs, and training materials to scale the clinical research function.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic, clinical, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead the publication strategy for peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences.

Requirements

• PhD in a relevant field (e.g., public health, epidemiology, obesity science, or biomedical science).
• 3+ years of clinical or health research experience with operational oversight of large-scale studies.
• Strong expertise in GCP, ethics, and data protection requirements.
• Proven analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software such as R, Stata, Python, or SAS.
• Demonstrated experience in managing study lifecycles and successful regulatory/ethics submissions.
• Previous experience in managing and mentoring research teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital health, telehealth, or healthcare innovation environments.
