What you will do

• Manage the full artwork development lifecycle from initial brief to final release.
• Serve as the primary liaison between regulatory, marketing, packaging, quality, and external vendors.
• Oversee project timelines, resource planning, and tracking for multiple concurrent labeling projects.
• Coordinate the review and approval of content to ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate standards.
• Drive process improvements and investigate root causes for quality issues using CAPA methodologies.
• Supervise other controllers and provide onboarding and training on internal systems and processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Italy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Packaging Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in labeling design, coordination, regulatory, or packaging management within consumer health, pharma, or medical device sectors.
• Deep understanding of global regulatory requirements for product labeling.
• Proficiency in PLM and electronic artwork systems like Veraciti, Veeva, or Loftware.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and proofreading tools like GlobalVision or TVT TVT.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or demonstrated experience in continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or formal project management training.
• Experience with pre-press and print processes including color management.
