TL;DR

Trainee (Oncology): Reviewing clinical trial data for elderly cancer patients to support regulatory approvals with an accent on evidence-based benefit-risk assessment. Focus on integrating data into oncology scientific databases and developing reporting skills within a regulatory environment.

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid with up to 40% teleworking from The Netherlands and occasional teleworking from outside The Netherlands).

Salary: €2,049.77 per month (full-time).

What you will do

• Review and compare regulatory approval data for elderly patients against current epidemiological data.
• Integrate information from multiple sources into the oncology scientific memory database.
• Support future assessments and enhance the quality of outputs.
• Conduct benefit-risk assessments for human medicines in oncology.
• Develop communication and reporting skills within a multinational agency team.

Requirements

• Citizenship of an EU Member State, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Norway is required.
• University degree (minimum 3 years) in pharmacy, medicine, or life sciences obtained between 06.05.2025 and 06.05.2026.
• Current PhD or Master's students with a previous degree in relevant fields are also eligible.
• English proficiency: C1 minimum required.
• Good knowledge of a second official EU language: B2 minimum required.
