What you will do

• Coordinate site and operational activities across the full study lifecycle from start-up to close-out.
• Review, process, and monitor study-related data and assist in resolving data discrepancies.
• Perform Imaging Quality Control (IQC) activities including data tracking, phantom analysis, and system reporting.
• Manage site communications, generate patient reports, and verify accuracy before distribution.
• Support project administration and documentation, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and sponsors to ensure study deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary
• High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with PC-based systems, file management, and standard software tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for handling clinical study data.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical or clinical research environments.
• Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles.
