What you will do

• Coordinate app growth strategies across marketing channels, providing horizontal leadership in a matrix organization.
• Act as the single point of contact between business and product teams to prioritize development requests.
• Own measurement and reporting frameworks, including management of AppsFlyer, data analysis, and A/B testing.
• Build an App Center of Excellence to develop functional expertise across the organization.
• Manage full app marketing and promotion budgets to optimize user acquisition and engagement.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in growth marketing, ideally within e-commerce or mobile applications.
• Proven track record in performance optimization, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as AppsFlyer and managing KPIs like CAC, LTV, and retention.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to lead initiatives in complex, dynamic environments.
• Fluent English required (German is a plus).
