Salary: Base $125,000 USD; OTE $225,000–$250,000+ USD

What you will do
- Manage relationships within 40–50 named accounts to drive long-term value and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue within your assigned customer base.
- Engage C-level executives to understand business goals, challenges, and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Professional Services teams to maximize customer satisfaction and account growth.
- Develop and deliver compelling solution proposals that effectively demonstrate the ROI of the platform.
- Execute both inbound and outbound sales activities to maintain a consistent and healthy pipeline.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the USA
- Minimum of 3 years of quota-bearing sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Strong ability to build pipeline through proactive, independent outreach activities.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver concise, engaging executive-level presentations.
- Proven capability to hold confident, high-level business conversations and generate trust with key stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
