TL;DR

Client Sales Account Executive (Fintech): Managing and growing existing client accounts for a spend management software platform with an accent on driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities within North America. Focus on building account plans, engaging C-level stakeholders, and articulating the ROI of AI-driven finance solutions to increase revenue.

Location: Must be based in the USA (Remote)

Salary: Base $125,000 USD; OTE $225,000–$250,000+ USD

What you will do

  • Manage relationships within 40–50 named accounts to drive long-term value and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue within your assigned customer base.
  • Engage C-level executives to understand business goals, challenges, and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Professional Services teams to maximize customer satisfaction and account growth.
  • Develop and deliver compelling solution proposals that effectively demonstrate the ROI of the hirify.global platform.
  • Execute both inbound and outbound sales activities to maintain a consistent and healthy pipeline.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the USA
  • Minimum of 3 years of quota-bearing sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong ability to build pipeline through proactive, independent outreach activities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver concise, engaging executive-level presentations.
  • Proven capability to hold confident, high-level business conversations and generate trust with key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
