What you will do

• Drive global UX strategy and influence executive leadership to align product roadmaps.
• Architect extensible systems and oversee company-wide UX frameworks.
• Forecast and solve for long-term user retention challenges.
• Act as a strategic partner to Sr. Director and VP-level stakeholders in Product and Engineering.
• Set the benchmark for design excellence and pioneer industry standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve systemic UX challenges that cross team boundaries and mentor senior designers.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Product Design, with a significant portion spent leading transformative, high-scale initiatives at a Principal or Director level.
• Proven track record of architecting resilient systems that have enabled multiple teams to scale.
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic business outcomes through visionary design interventions.
• Deep understanding of the underlying technology of high-traffic platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills to inspire large groups toward a common vision.
• Portfolio of work that demonstrates the ability to drive long-term strategy and shape entire product ecosystems.
