What you will do

• Design cohesive end-to-end user journeys using established design systems.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes to communicate interaction flows to stakeholders and developers.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in User Experience or Interaction Design.
• Must be able to work on-site in Bristol or Edinburgh at least 40% of the time.
• Strong expertise in prototyping and layout with modern design software.
• Experience interpreting user research data into actionable design improvements.
• Ability to work effectively within complex, regulated financial services environments.
• Experience with or deep interest in Agentic AI design challenges.

Nice to have

• Background in Visual Design.
• Previous experience with complex, large-scale design systems.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end design projects independently.
