Salary: $140,000 – $220,000

What you will do

• Design and implement high-quality, user-facing product experiences from concept to production.
• Translate UX concepts and design ideas into clean, production-ready frontend code.
• Define and maintain UI patterns, interaction design, and visual standards across the product.
• Iterate rapidly on prototypes while balancing speed with high-level craft and performance.
• Collaborate deeply with product managers and engineers to refine product behavior in real-time.
• Contribute to the evolution of the frontend architecture as the platform scales.

Requirements

• Strong engineering skills in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Excellent visual and interaction design taste with a focus on usability, hierarchy, and motion.
• Proven ability to turn design concepts into shippable, production-ready code.
• Product-minded approach with a focus on user impact and outcome-driven development.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and making decisions without perfect specifications.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco as part of a hybrid setup.

Nice to have

• Experience creating and maintaining shared component libraries.
• Background in motion design, animation, or interaction-heavy interfaces.
• Previous startup experience or a background in professional design.
