What you will do

• Lead large-scale cross-team projects from design to production.
• Oversee technical debt management, incident handling, and system reliability.
• Contribute to roadmap definition and quarterly planning.
• Hire, evaluate, and motivate high-performing team members.
• Build cross-functional collaboration to improve team efficiency.
• Monitor team KPIs and ensure delivery transparency for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience with strong system design fundamentals.
• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager in fintech or e-commerce.
• Experience with high-load distributed architectures and microservices.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, and GCP.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to drive projects independently.
