Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience leading cross-functional, agile development teams, ideally in a product-driven environment.
• Solid hands-on experience as a software engineer.
• Familiarity with continuous integration, automated testing, release management, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to effectively prioritize, plan, and perform under pressure or in uncertain situations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Good command of English, at B2 level or higher.
