Operational Planner

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work in Tainan, Taiwan

What you will do

• Manage daily material movement in/out processes including 3rd party rigger coordination.
• Simulate fab layouts and evaluate space demands for machine and material installation.
• Plan and manage machine system and pre-install schedules with relevant stakeholders.
• Drive operational performance through advanced data analysis and tracking of pending items.
• Handle EMO and priority material delivery and return arrangements.

Requirements

• Proven track record in operational planning and execution within complex environments.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
• Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel processing capabilities.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to remain effective and maintain priorities under high-pressure conditions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (including Hsinchu, Taichung, and Kaohsiung).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Prior experience working with SAP.
