What you will do

  • Execute end-to-end processing of Distributor Ship & Debit rebate claims using Vistex.
  • Audit claim requests against authorized agreements to ensure compliance with global pricing policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Distribution Account Managers and Global Billing.
  • Resolve discrepancies and streamline the rebate lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities to improve claim turnaround times and data accuracy within SAP.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and general database management.
  • Experience with SAP SD module or SAP BW is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and anomalies in large datasets.
  • Ability to work under tight month-end and quarter-end deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Vistex.
  • Professional experience in Distribution Management, Billing, Sales Support, or Supply Chain Management.
