Compensation: $145,000–$152,000 base salary plus variable compensation

What you will do
- Develop and drive growth within a named set of key accounts through a multi-line of business strategy.
- Establish and nurture executive-level relationships to foster long-term partnerships and loyalty.
- Set the tone for cross-functional teams to deliver digital experience solutions.
- Ensure full subscription renewal attainment and drive incremental subscription and services revenue.
- Manage whitespace mapping and sales play execution within the assigned territory.
- Maintain transparency and accountability in sales operations using Salesforce.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of enterprise software or subscription sales and account management experience.
- Proven experience in MarTech and digital experience platforms.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to travel up to 25% within the territory to support sales activities.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex, multi-constituent enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in Strategic Selling or Challenger sales methodologies.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of CDP and CMS platforms.
- Previous experience working in a remote-first, distributed sales team.
