Compensation: $145,000–$152,000 base salary plus variable compensation

What you will do

  • Develop and drive growth within a named set of key accounts through a multi-line of business strategy.
  • Establish and nurture executive-level relationships to foster long-term partnerships and loyalty.
  • Set the tone for cross-functional teams to deliver digital experience solutions.
  • Ensure full subscription renewal attainment and drive incremental subscription and services revenue.
  • Manage whitespace mapping and sales play execution within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain transparency and accountability in sales operations using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of enterprise software or subscription sales and account management experience.
  • Proven experience in MarTech and digital experience platforms.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the territory to support sales activities.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex, multi-constituent enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in Strategic Selling or Challenger sales methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of CDP and CMS platforms.
  • Previous experience working in a remote-first, distributed sales team.
