What you will do

• Monitor and analyze client deposit data in Power BI to identify and address account issues.
• Perform client segmentation based on activity patterns, wins, and losses to optimize outreach.
• Manage communication via Telegram, email, and WhatsApp to ensure high-quality client support.
• Conduct welcome calls for new clients to introduce services and build rapport.
• Maintain and update VIP client databases and reporting dashboards.
• Execute personalized outreach strategies to encourage client activity and retention.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data management and analysis.
• Strong communication skills for professional client interaction.
• Ability to work from the office in Warsaw, Poland.
