What you will do
- Monitor and analyze client deposit data in Power BI to identify and address account issues.
- Perform client segmentation based on activity patterns, wins, and losses to optimize outreach.
- Manage communication via Telegram, email, and WhatsApp to ensure high-quality client support.
- Conduct welcome calls for new clients to introduce services and build rapport.
- Maintain and update VIP client databases and reporting dashboards.
- Execute personalized outreach strategies to encourage client activity and retention.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data management and analysis.
- Strong communication skills for professional client interaction.
- Ability to work from the office in Warsaw, Poland.
