What you will do
- Monitor and analyze failed deposits in Power BI to identify and resolve client issues.
- Segment clients based on activity levels, including wins, losses, and VIP status progression.
- Manage incoming inquiries via Telegram, Email, and WhatsApp to ensure timely support.
- Conduct welcome calls to orient new clients and introduce available services.
- Maintain and update VIP client lists and dashboards within Excel and Power BI.
- Send personalized follow-up messages to encourage ongoing engagement and activity.
Requirements
- Language: French proficiency required for client communication.
- Ability to analyze client data using Power BI.
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing VIP client relationships and conducting outreach.
- Proficiency in Excel for accurate reporting and data maintenance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
