What you will do

• Monitor and analyze failed deposits in Power BI to identify and resolve client issues.
• Segment clients based on activity levels, including wins, losses, and VIP status progression.
• Manage incoming inquiries via Telegram, Email, and WhatsApp to ensure timely support.
• Conduct welcome calls to orient new clients and introduce available services.
• Maintain and update VIP client lists and dashboards within Excel and Power BI.
• Send personalized follow-up messages to encourage ongoing engagement and activity.

Requirements

• Language: French proficiency required for client communication.
• Ability to analyze client data using Power BI.
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing VIP client relationships and conducting outreach.
• Proficiency in Excel for accurate reporting and data maintenance.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
