What you will do

• Own the end-to-end patient acquisition strategy across paid channels and countries.
• Manage budget allocation, pacing, and performance targets across key paid channels, including Google, Meta, influencers, affiliates, and partnerships.
• Implement and scale automation frameworks to reduce manual work through stronger tooling, workflows, and operating processes.
• Lead pilot programs across new acquisition channels and growth opportunities, turning successful tests into scalable playbooks.
• Build and lead a high-performing team across channel management, specialist expertise, and creative execution.
• Work closely with Product and UX on conversion optimization and monetization-related initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally in a consumer marketplace environment.
• Experience owning large-scale global media budgets.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Google and Meta at scale.
• Proven experience running acquisition across multiple markets.
• Strong bias for automation, testing, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience leading teams and operating effectively in complex organizations.
