What you will do

• Direct and optimize multi-million euro Google Ads budgets, focusing on contribution margin and scale.
• Lead the hybrid performance team and orchestrate a network of specialized freelancers.
• Implement AI automation workflows for SEO and programmatic content production to dominate SERPs.
• Bridge the gap between performance and creative assets, ensuring data-backed conversion optimization.
• Own advanced tracking (GTM, server-side) and attribution models to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with CRM management to maximize Customer Lifetime Value and refine retention flows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in high-scale SEA/SEO, specifically within agency or e-commerce environments.
• Expertise in Google Ads, GA4, GTM, feed optimization, and data analysis using Excel.
• Strong understanding of growth hacking principles, margin management, and LTV.
• Experience or strong interest in AI tools for content automation and performance reporting.
• Must be able to work from the office in Barcelona for hybrid requirements.
