Marketing Manager(Hands-On) | US & UK Market Expansion | Jewelry E-commerce
Location: Remote/Cyprus/Spain

About the Brand

We are a fast-growing jewelry e-commerce brand with a strong aesthetic identity, loyal international audience, and bold ambitions for expansion.
Our next chapter is focused on scaling in the US and UK markets - where we already see traction and significant growth potential.

We are looking for a hands-on, growth-driven marketing leader who has already brought products to market in the US and/or UK and understands what real expansion looks like beyond theory.

This is not a corporate CMO role.
This is for someone who can think strategically — and execute when needed.

🚀 What You Will Own

* You will take full ownership of marketing strategy and growth, working closely with the Founder.

* Your key mission:
Drive scalable, data-driven growth in the US and UK while preserving brand integrity.

*You will:

- Develop and execute go-to-market and expansion strategies for US & UK
- Adapt positioning, messaging, and channel mix to local audiences
- Own acquisition and lead generation across paid, organic & social
- Scale performance without diluting brand value
- Treat analytics as a decision-making engine, not reporting
- Optimize the full Lead → Sale funnel
- Turn insights into actions

🎯 This Role Is for You If:

- You have 3–5+ years as Head of Marketing in e-commerce
- You have real experience launching or scaling products in US and/or UK
- You’ve worked with niche, non-mass-market brands (fashion, lifestyle, design, jewelry)
- You are comfortable managing distributed teams
- You are strategic -but not afraid to roll up your sleeves

We are specifically looking for someone who:

✔ Can build strategy
✔ Can validate hypotheses personally when needed
✔ Can step into execution during critical growth phases
✔ Understands CPL, CAC, LTV beyond dashboards
✔ Makes business decisions based on data

📊 Growth & Performance Focus

You will work with:

- Paid acquisition & scaling
- Performance & SEO agencies
- Funnel optimization
- Short-cycle A/B testing
- UX/CRO hypotheses
-Instagram & TikTok as revenue channels (not vanity metrics)

Nice to have: Pinterest, Reddit, Discord, influence & community marketing.
