TL;DR

Specialist, Product Operations (Quick Commerce): Managing product stack support and technical operations for quick commerce platforms with an accent on triaging bugs, optimizing internal tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Focus on data-driven bug analysis, bridging the gap between operations and engineering, and leveraging automation and AI to improve product performance.

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Berlin, Germany. Hybrid model: expected on-site at the Berlin campus 2 days a week.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for global commercial and operational teams to resolve Product Stack inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot bugs by working closely with Engineering to investigate root causes and assess business impact.
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation, providing training for internal teams and end-users.
  • Build frameworks to generate actionable data-driven insights from user feedback and bug reports for stakeholders.
  • Optimize operational processes by leveraging AI, automation, and innovative tools to address user pain points.
  • Collaborate with Designers and Product Managers to identify UX limitations and improve product performance.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a Tech environment within Support, QA, or Product Operations.
  • Proven proficiency with SQL (BigQuery) and Grafana for system log monitoring and diagnosing issues.
  • Ability to work independently, structuring and owning projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, creative problem-solver with a strong user-first mentality.
  • Experience with REST API, Postman, or automation tools is highly advantageous.
