Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Berlin, Germany. Hybrid model: expected on-site at the Berlin campus 2 days a week.

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for global commercial and operational teams to resolve Product Stack inquiries.
- Troubleshoot bugs by working closely with Engineering to investigate root causes and assess business impact.
- Develop and maintain internal documentation, providing training for internal teams and end-users.
- Build frameworks to generate actionable data-driven insights from user feedback and bug reports for stakeholders.
- Optimize operational processes by leveraging AI, automation, and innovative tools to address user pain points.
- Collaborate with Designers and Product Managers to identify UX limitations and improve product performance.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a Tech environment within Support, QA, or Product Operations.
- Proven proficiency with SQL (BigQuery) and Grafana for system log monitoring and diagnosing issues.
- Ability to work independently, structuring and owning projects from start to finish.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, creative problem-solver with a strong user-first mentality.
- Experience with REST API, Postman, or automation tools is highly advantageous.
