What you will do

• Serve as the single point of contact for the Customer Portal with end-to-end functional design responsibility.
• Maintain and evolve the functional roadmap aligned with the overall product vision.
• Lead requirement discovery with business stakeholders and customers.
• Drive the feature delivery process across sprints by providing precise requirement clarifications, managing scope and priorities, and resolving functional questions.
• Analyze feedback and usage data to identify improvements for usability and functionality.

Requirements

• Strong functional and technical (Salesforce) background.
• 5+ years of consulting experience with a dynamic, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Experience facilitating technical and functional alignment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to balance business and technical perspectives.
