Location: Hybrid setup with a 50% home office policy, based in our Berlin office.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of product initiatives that improve how buyers and suppliers connect and interact.
• Identify and implement AI-powered solutions to enhance matching, communication, and user experience.
• Use data and user insights to improve key metrics such as conversation depth and matching quality.
• Define success metrics, analyze performance, and iterate based on insights.
• Work closely with engineering and design to deliver scalable, high-quality product improvements.
• Collaborate with Buyer and Supplier teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end marketplace experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management with strong ownership of product initiatives.
• Strong execution skills and the ability to move quickly from problem to solution.
• Strong data literacy — comfortable defining metrics, analyzing performance, and making data-informed decisions.
• Logical, structured, and process-oriented thinker.
• Hands-on usage of AI tools in daily work and a strong interest in applying AI to real product problems.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and design.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B, marketplaces, or platform products.
• SQL proficiency.
