What you will do

• Drive product development from ideation to delivery and validation in collaboration with leadership and engineering.
• Analyze and translate complex market and customer needs into actionable user stories and features.
• Bridge the gap between research, data science, and development teams to ensure a frictionless workflow.
• Measure product performance using a data-driven approach to guide optimization and future discovery.
• Ensure all solutions meet the specific requirements and compliance standards of the energy industry.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally within the energy sector.
• Technical background sufficient to effectively communicate with software engineering teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements engineering and modern product discovery methodologies.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tooling for prototyping and feature validation.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office.
• Independent, self-organized mindset suited for a fast-paced startup environment.
