What you will do

  • Manage the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a best-in-class and compliant experience across multiple states.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, preparing required reports and audits.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and Workday to streamline HR operations and improve data accuracy.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Serve as an employee advocate, responding to inquiries and managing verifications of employment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in human resources or HR operations required.
  • Experience administering employee benefits and leaves & accommodations, and supporting compliance initiatives required.
  • Experience managing onboarding and offboarding processes across multiple states required.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail required.
