Salary: $70,000–$110,000

What you will do
- Administer benefits operations including enrollments, life event changes, and support for medical, dental, vision, and retirement programs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR systems, benefits policies, and payroll.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring accurate documentation and HRIS setup.
- Prepare and validate payroll inputs each pay cycle, partnering with Finance to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain and audit employee records in HRIS to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Support the continuous improvement of HR processes and leverage AI to modernize workflows.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in benefits administration and HR operations in a high-growth environment.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and/or benefits administration platforms.
- Strong understanding of U.S. benefits compliance and payroll processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills with an empathetic, service-oriented approach to employee support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
