What you will do

  • Lead and refine core employee lifecycle stages, ensuring compliance and a premium experience.
  • Document and optimize People Ops workflows to improve team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal, and Payroll to ensure seamless handoffs and support global expansion.
  • Manage visas, relocations, and right-to-work compliance.
  • Maintain data integrity in the HRIS, conduct regular audits, and handle reporting requests.
  • Provide rapid support for employee inquiries, resolving issues with empathy and speed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
  • Proven track record of managing onboarding and offboarding.
  • Quick adopter of new systems and technologies.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using Google Sheets to organize information.
  • Ability to stay organized and maintain accuracy while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex processes.
  • Absolute integrity when handling sensitive compensation and personal data.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing employees through EOR/PEO models across EMEA and North America.
  • Proficiency with tools like Ashby (ATS), HiBob, Slack, and Jira.
  • Experience using HRIS workflows to automate manual tasks.
  • Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end HR project implementations.
