What you will do
- Lead and refine core employee lifecycle stages, ensuring compliance and a premium experience.
- Document and optimize People Ops workflows to improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal, and Payroll to ensure seamless handoffs and support global expansion.
- Manage visas, relocations, and right-to-work compliance.
- Maintain data integrity in the HRIS, conduct regular audits, and handle reporting requests.
- Provide rapid support for employee inquiries, resolving issues with empathy and speed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
- Proven track record of managing onboarding and offboarding.
- Quick adopter of new systems and technologies.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using Google Sheets to organize information.
- Ability to stay organized and maintain accuracy while juggling multiple priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex processes.
- Absolute integrity when handling sensitive compensation and personal data.
Nice to have
- Experience managing employees through EOR/PEO models across EMEA and North America.
- Proficiency with tools like Ashby (ATS), HiBob, Slack, and Jira.
- Experience using HRIS workflows to automate manual tasks.
- Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end HR project implementations.
