What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and creative roles including Dev, Art, Game Design, and Analytics.
  • Execute proactive sourcing and headhunting strategies to build high-quality pipelines.
  • Conduct deep assessments of candidate motivation, soft skills, maturity, and cultural fit.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leads to ensure high-quality, data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Monitor market compensation trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive hiring edge.
  • Develop and nurture a professional network and long-term relationships with top industry talent.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in GameDev.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing and headhunting for diverse roles.
  • Proficiency with global recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Hitmarker) and sourcing tools (Boolean, X-Ray).
  • Understanding of game industry genres and market landscape.
  • Native Russian and working English proficiency required.
