What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and creative roles including Dev, Art, Game Design, and Analytics.
- Execute proactive sourcing and headhunting strategies to build high-quality pipelines.
- Conduct deep assessments of candidate motivation, soft skills, maturity, and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leads to ensure high-quality, data-driven hiring decisions.
- Monitor market compensation trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive hiring edge.
- Develop and nurture a professional network and long-term relationships with top industry talent.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in GameDev.
- Strong expertise in sourcing and headhunting for diverse roles.
- Proficiency with global recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Hitmarker) and sourcing tools (Boolean, X-Ray).
- Understanding of game industry genres and market landscape.
- Native Russian and working English proficiency required.
