What you will do

• Manage end-to-end records and project-specific documentation for global operations.
• Maintain accurate information within project data tracking systems.
• Monitor and log service levels in accordance with agreements.
• Provide customer support and respond to security administration requests.
• Contribute to formal audits and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance.
• Assist in identifying process improvements and solving customer requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Nottingham, UK.
• Experience in a similar records management role within the Life Sciences sector.
• Solid understanding of documentation lifecycles and regulated environments.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (cGCP) and EU Clinical Trial Regulations.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
