What you will do

  • Manage a team of experts across Social, Programmatic, and Implementational planning.
  • Ensure the delivery and quality of hubbed Activation services and reporting.
  • Work closely with Regional Ops and LOB Leads in Germany and Warsaw to scale delivery.
  • Manage performance across campaign budgets and daily spend levels.
  • Outline advanced data analytics/measurement frameworks.
  • Advise key stakeholders on industry changes and transformation.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience with 10+ years in digital paid media, strategy, retail, or consulting.
  • Advanced understanding of multiple digital practice areas, with a strong background in biddable media.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-market accounts.
  • Ability to craft a compelling, data-driven story.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.

  • Ability to travel frequently on short notice and manage work ‘on the road’.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
