What you will do
- Manage a team of experts across Social, Programmatic, and Implementational planning.
- Ensure the delivery and quality of hubbed Activation services and reporting.
- Work closely with Regional Ops and LOB Leads in Germany and Warsaw to scale delivery.
- Manage performance across campaign budgets and daily spend levels.
- Outline advanced data analytics/measurement frameworks.
- Advise key stakeholders on industry changes and transformation.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience with 10+ years in digital paid media, strategy, retail, or consulting.
- Advanced understanding of multiple digital practice areas, with a strong background in biddable media.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-market accounts.
- Ability to craft a compelling, data-driven story.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
