What you will do

• Own and scale safety plans and underlying artefacts for robotaxi pilots.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and regulatory affairs to track and execute key deliverables.
• Liaise with external partners to align safety requirements with delivery roadmaps.
• Monitor, aggregate, and report on key safety performance indicators and metrics.
• Plan and execute safety programme expansions for new deployment markets.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from London, UK or Sunnyvale, USA.
• Applied experience in safety management, including policy, assurance, and risk management.
• Proven track record in fleet operations, transportation, or similar safety-critical environments.
• Strong experience in cross-functional project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with risk management tools and evaluation techniques.

Nice to have

• Experience with Safety Management Systems (SMS) in automotive, aerospace, or transportation settings.
• Background in platform marketplace businesses such as ride-sharing or delivery.
• Familiarity with global autonomous vehicle test and deployment regulations.
