What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for employers and employees via Intercom to resolve queries.
• Troubleshoot platform, benefits, and payroll issues, owning them from identification to resolution.
• Analyze support patterns to provide actionable insights for product and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Benefits, and Customer Success.
• Contribute to the help centre and internal knowledge base to improve self-service capabilities.
• Execute compliance operations tasks, including KYB, screening, and transaction monitoring.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within Fintech or SaaS.
• Fluent in English as the primary working language.
• Strong detail-oriented mindset with the ability to follow and optimize structured workflows.
• Proactive ownership and ability to learn new tools and complex concepts, such as compliance, quickly.
• Experience with support tools like Intercom is considered a plus.
• Must be based in Europe to align with the team and operational requirements.
