What you will do

• Assist in the full campaign development process, from strategy to activation and reporting.
• Conduct market research to inform strategic media planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring professional documentation.
• Support agency leadership with new business pitches and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and local markets to maintain comprehensive media plans.
• Prepare and proof professional presentations to support account objectives.

Requirements

• Completed degree in marketing, economics, or a related field.
• Fluent English required, good German skills are a plus.
• Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and strict deadlines.
• Strategic, collaborative problem-solver eager to gain media industry experience.
• Detail-oriented approach to tasks and project documentation.
