What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end LLM-enabled applications from backend architecture to frontend components.
• Integrate commercial and open-source models like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Meta Llama using APIs or fine-tuning.
• Develop robust RAG pipelines incorporating embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering strategies.
• Create evaluation pipelines to benchmark model performance and ensure safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases and address client business challenges.
• Contribute to overall system architecture, test automation, and production deployment processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Amsterdam
• English: Fluent verbal & written skills required
• Experience in AI software development (LLM, backend, frontend, ops) in a production environment.
• Proven ability deploying AI applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with vector databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, ChromaDB, Pinecone) and backend technologies like Python or TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of GDPR, data privacy, and ethical AI security considerations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dutch language.
• Experience with JVM-based languages.
