What you will do
- Own the end-to-end ASO strategy including keyword optimization, metadata management, and listing performance.
- Coordinate the production of creative assets with the design team for store testing and in-game events.
- Partner with product teams to align store updates with feature launches and major events.
- Craft data-driven materials and decks to support partnership meetings with Apple and Google.
- Manage cross-team workflows, setting timelines and ensuring stakeholders remain aligned and unblocked.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in project management or growth-adjacent roles.
- Must be based within European time zones (UTC to UTC+3).
- Strong ability to interpret data, conversion funnels, and A/B test results to make informed decisions.
- Proven track record in localization, specifically adapting store listings and assets for international markets.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to clarify goals and maintain momentum.
