What you will do

• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to track and maintain pipeline analysis, bookings forecasts, and expense management.
• Lead forecasting and budgeting cycles through monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis.
• Establish and maintain key performance metrics including CAC, sales productivity, and pipeline velocity.
• Manage end-to-end commissions processes, ensuring calculation accuracy and incentive compliance.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and BvA reporting to translate complex data into business recommendations.
• Develop financial models for pricing, gross margin analysis, and pro forma planning.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Boston, MA.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, strategy consulting, or strategic finance.
• Proven expertise in SaaS or enterprise software business metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in financial applications including Salesforce, Netsuite, CaptivateIQ, and Pigment.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
